• 2f0ed56: Bind one /ship spec for phase, goal, UI, and completion; several unfinished specs open a selector, and a pipe refuses the ambiguity. Keep the user's original wording in Original Requirement, distinct from Main Track. Persist that wording plus sealed Main Track and acceptance criteria, when present at gate 1, in an adjacent runner-owned snapshot checked at phase boundaries and on resume. Delegate investigation, research, ticket implementation, and review to fresh-context subagents; the parent keeps questions, gates, and final proofs. All plans use one parent-coordinated ticket per turn, with runner-owned goal, plan and progress checks before the next dispatch. Final verification is separate; unresolved blockers, no-progress turns and a turn budget stop automatic continuation. Ralph remains available as a separate explicit tool, not an automatic ship branch.
