Improvements
General
- Add a "Save" button to the alarm and timer editing panels;
- Remove the "Apply a blur effect to the background image" setting:
- This is now handled by the slider;
- Disable rapid clicks on the main FAB, except for the stopwatch tab:
- This prevents, for example, the creation of multiple timers;
- Add a divider for the settings that have a switch or a color preview;
- Optimize dialog window margins (#664):
- For phones in portrait mode, the window automatically resizes (e.g., when the keyboard appears) so that the buttons remain visible;
- Add the ability to hide the next alarm (#670):
- The next alarm can now be hidden in the Clock tab and in the screensaver;
- If the next alarm is hidden or there are no scheduled alarms, the date will be displayed in a long format. This applies to the Clock tab, the screensaver, and the Digital Clock widget;
- Improve notifications (#691):
- Fix the timestamp display for alarm group notifications;
- Use different icon for each alarm notification type;
- Use a fixed color for the icons;
- Disable touch for full screen alert when proximity sensor is covered (#687);
- Improve the editing panels:
- Add information icons to the alarm editing panel to explain why some features are disabled;
- Big changes have been made to the code in order to improve the overall performance and fluidity of the application;
Alarm
- Add the ability to dismiss/snooze alarms by solving math problems (#374):
- 3 difficulty levels: easy, normal, and hard;
- Note: when this feature is enabled, the auto-silence duration is at least 10 minutes. To preserve the battery, the alarm stops automatically after this time;
- Add the ability to dismiss/snooze alarms with the headphones Play/Pause button (#642):
- This is only possible if the settings "Use advanced audio playback" and "Enable automatic routing of ringtones to external audio devices" are enabled;
- Only works on the lock screen;
- Add the ability to display the alarm title across multiple lines (#635);
- Add the ability to use a custom background image for each alarm (#634):
- The background image is no longer tinted; therefore, it is no longer necessary to choose a transparent background color;
- Add the ability to blur the background image for each alarm;
- Add a "Preview" button to the alarm editing panel;
- Improve the visual style of the days of the week buttons;
- Use the dynamic theme background color for alarms by default;
- Improve the swipe action to delete alarms (#673);
- Ability to set a custom color for the "Dismiss" and "Snooze" button text (#671);
Clock
- Search for cities in English regardless of the app's language (#640);
Timer
- Display an editing panel to edit the timers. This allows you to:
- Enable vibrations per timer;
- Set the vibration pattern per timer (#643);
- Set the auto silence duration per timer;
- Set the volume crescendo duration per timer;
- Set the ringtone per timer;
- Turn on the flash when a timer expires;
- Turn off media when a timer expires (useful when media player apps do not have this feature built-in) (#630);
- Delete the timer once expired (#612);
- Duplicate a timer;
- Hide the "+1: 00" button when timer is reset;
- Hide the timer label if not set;
- Remove the "Edit" button as it's no longer necessary;
- Rename the setting title "Display the active timers in compact mode" to "Display the timers in compact mode" (#629);
- Add the ability to reset expired timers with the headphones Play/Pause button:
- This is only possible if the settings "Use advanced audio playback" and "Enable automatic routing of ringtones to external audio devices" are enabled under "Alarms";
- Only works on the lock screen;
Stopwatch
- Add the ability to hide the stopwatch milliseconds (#668);
