Adds Cline to the integrations catalog as a guided-setup editor.
Cline is a VS Code / editor extension rather than a standalone app, so the guided card shows the local endpoint, the
nativAPI key, and numbered steps to add an "OpenAI Compatible" API provider inside Cline pointed at Nativ. Since there's no standalone app to launch, the open button falls back to the Cline Marketplace page (appBundleIdentifieris nil).Stacks on #87, which introduces the reusable guided-setup framework (
