Feature

• Automatic fallback to software encoder:
  When hardware encoder preparation fails, the system now automatically switches to software encoder.
  This change is exposed via a new StreamState in the streamIngest.streamStatus Flow.

  Usage example:

  streamIngest.streamStatus
      .onEach { streamState ->
          when (streamState) {
              is StreamState.VIDEO_ENCODER_AUTO_SWITCHED_TO_SOFTWARE -> {
                  // Video encoder switched to software.
