ROMarr v1.4.1 — MiNERVA results now survive scoring.

Unknown size is not "too small" (#62). Found live on the v1.4.0 MiNERVA rollout: the archive's search API publishes no file sizes, so every release carried size=0 — and the size floor treated zero as a real measurement, rejecting all of them ("too small to be a Super Nintendo cartridge") however perfect the title match was. A live search found 11 Chrono Trigger releases and kept 0, all on this rule alone. Same latent bug for RSS-feed indexers reporting 0 for an enclosure with no length.

One character of logic: the floor now requires 0 < size. Zero means unknown; the release stands or falls on title, extension and platform evidence. A genuinely tiny release (1KB for a SNES cart) is still rejected — only the literal unknown is exempt. Two regression tests pin both sides of the line.

Full suite: 2284 passed, 3 skipped.
