Added

• dogechain mcp install, status and uninstall: adds the hosted
  Dogechain MCP server (https://dogechain.com/mcp) to Claude Code and Codex
  through their own mcp add commands, for your user account or, with
  --project, the current project (Claude Code). An existing server named
  dogechain that points elsewhere is kept unless --force.
• dogechain mcp install --print shows the setup for Claude Code, Codex,
  Cursor, VS Code, Gemini CLI, Claude.ai and ChatGPT without changing
  anything.

The artifacts in this release have attestations generated with GitHub Artifact Attestations. These can be verified by using the GitHub CLI:
