@solana/kit 8.4.0 → 8.5.0

Picks up the kit 8.5.0 minor release (supersedes Dependabot #468). The
Dependabot lockfile nested private copies of @solana/transactions,
@solana/transaction-messages and @solana/signers (up to 3 copies each),
which the dist smoke check rejects because split copies sign malformed
transactions. The @solana lock entries were re-resolved with npm 11, so every
@solana/* package is again a single hoisted 8.5.0 copy and nothing outside
@solana moved.

Signed Solana payment transactions are byte-identical to 8.4.0: 8 cases
(SPL and Token-2022, x402 v1 and v2, two amounts) built through @x402/svm's
real exact schemes with a fixed key and stubbed RPC hash the same on both.
