router-core 0.2.0: more models can recover a tool turn
@blockrun/router-core moves from e38958b to 0.2.0 (27125a3). Eleven newly
listed models returned a real structured tool call in a live probe and are
admitted as availability fallbacks for tool-required turns: Claude Fable 5.1 /
Opus 5.5 / Sonnet 5.5, Gemini 3.8 Flash, GPT-5.1, GPT-6 Astra / Luna / Sol,
Grok 4.6 / 4.7 and MiMo 2.5. They never displace a benchmarked primary, so
which model Auto picks first is unchanged. When the usual tool chain is
unavailable, eco and auto try the cheapest of them first; premium keeps
the curated order. DeepSeek V4 Flash Vision Experimental and Qwen 3.8 Flash
failed the probe and stay out of tool turns. The bump also carries the
2026-10 catalog sync (GPT-6, Claude 5.5 / Fable 5.1, Grok 4.6 / 4.7).
