OpenClaw 2026.10.x: BlockRun loads again on a frozen runtime config

OpenClaw 2026.10.x hands plugins a read-only config object during
registration. register() assigned api.config.models.providers.blockrun
unconditionally, threw TypeError: Cannot assign to read only property 'blockrun', and the Gateway came up without BlockRun (one reported start
took 111.6s to get there). The runtime provider write is now best-effort: a
mutable host still gets it for immediate availability, and a frozen host
falls back to the persisted provider config and registerProvider().
Managed-MCP cleanup skips a read-only config the same way, and still throws
any unrelated error. Thanks to @0xCheetah1 for the fix and the clean-container
repro (#476).

Dependencies

  • undici 8.11.2 → 8.12.2 (#481).
  • @scure/bip32 2.2.0 → 2.4.0 (#478). Lockfile only; it also drops two
    nested @noble/hashes copies.
  • @polymarket/clob-client-v2 1.0.8 → 1.2.0 (#479). Orders by tokenID,
the only kind ClawRouter places, build and sign the same as before; the
new code paths are position-ID orders and request sharing. Polymarket has
deprecated this package at every version in favour of its unified SDK.
  • Dependabot now skips TypeScript major bumps (#484): typescript-eslint 8.x
does not accept TypeScript 7, and the bump made npm ci fail for the
    whole dev-dependency group.
