Failed requests show up in clawrouter logs and doctor again

The proxy logs every failed request with status: "error", but the stats reader
rebuilt each log entry without that field. So clawrouter logs marked every
request OK, and clawrouter doctor always reported 0 errors (it was hardcoded).
The reader now keeps status, getStats() returns an errorCount, and doctor
reports it. Thanks @Tyagiquamar (#512).
