v3.49.11 — routing reads the request, not Franklin's own instructions
@blockrun/router-core moves to 0.3.0 (65a92c8). Auto now reads only the
user turn for structured-output, stakes, latency and language cues. Before,
Franklin's standing system prompt (tool schemas, behavioural rules) lifted
every request off the cheapest tier, so a one-line question paid MEDIUM
prices. Chinese, Japanese and Korean input is sized at about one token per
character instead of a quarter, so a long pasted document now reaches the
long-context models rather than a window that cannot hold it. Keyword
scoring matches whole words ("classic" is not code, "history" is not
creative, "credit" is not an edit), a stale speed probe fades toward neutral
instead of toward zero, and a model with no catalog price no longer reports
100% savings. No change to which models are primaries for tool turns.
