• feat(image) — bytedance/seedream-5-pro (Seedream 5.0 Pro) in
  blockrun_image. Eight upstream sizes: $0.045 base covers 1024x1024,
  1280x720 and 2048x1024 — the cheapest widescreen/banner option in the
  catalog — and $0.09 covers the four large formats up to 2848x1600.
  Generate only; the gateway rejects it for edits (and rejects unlisted
  sizes) before any payment is created. All three boundary sizes are pinned
  by new verify:prices probes.
• fix(image) — large-size tiers can now key on the smaller dimension.
  Seedream's tier boundary is min(w,h) > 1024, probed live across all
  eight catalog sizes: 2048x1024 bills base while 2048x2048 bills $0.09.
  The previous max(w,h)-only rule could not express that — either it
  over-billed 2048x1024 at 2x or under-reserved 2048x2048 past the budget
  cap. Per-model LARGE_SIZE_MIN_DIM_MODELS picks the axis.
