FastItemLevel.11.5

Add SafeToString to convert potential secure WoW string values to normal strings before using string methods or comparisons. Replace direct uses of UnitGUID() and tooltip:GetText() with SafeToString in tooltip line cleanup, unit resolution, and INSPECT_READY handling to avoid errors with secure string types. Also bump addon version to 11.5 in the .toc.
