Windows GPU profiler integrity and corrected SSGI evidence

Evidence for draft PR #156: current-frame GPU timestamp correction and transmitted-shadow receiver reconstruction.
The original profiler source 73e6945831a69116b8abcbfbcce8caf2973e4979 and its ZIP remain unchanged. That source passed 22 hosted checks and failed one colored-shadow regression on Metal; the profiler test reported ok, which is insufficient to distinguish execution from a capability skip. Investigation isolated an inverse-camera matrix layout defect in the shadow resolve. The correction and isolated fixture are at fa93690b961826e8db065c3fcb8d7d31c0185e27.
The follow-up passes 487 local unit tests, 90 golden tests, and enabled runtime integrations on Radeon/Vulkan. All 23 hosted checks pass at fa93690, including the colored-shadow regression on Metal. Two scheduled physical-hardware checks remain skipped; existing test ignores and external-scene omissions remain unqualified. The check receipt and complete macOS job log are retained.

The release tag remains pinned to the original profiler source. Each ZIP has its own source record, hash manifest, and checksum sidecar. The follow-up archive contains the before/after captures, rejected wrong-color control, full local suite, and hosted CI evidence.
The corrected profiler rejects all 12 stale Vulkan samples and passes on Radeon Vulkan and DX12. Metal GPU timestamp validation remains unproven. All 20 corrected SSGI A/B runs contain 120 complete GPU frames; the earlier SSGI timing comparison is superseded. Image baselines and budgets are unchanged.
The two Windows portable-image discrepancies, HD temporal stability, representative-scene and other hardware qualification remain open. The engine completion plan is not complete. All PRs remain drafts.

Coverage correction: the hosted Apple Paravirtual adapter used for subsequent native captures exposes no GPU timestamps. The original shadow archive README overstated Metal profiler coverage by treating an ok test status as proof of execution. This note supersedes that claim; the archives remain immutable. CI now retains capability-skip output.
Confirmed at source 1965a0b: the retained macOS shared-test log explicitly reports skip: timestamp-query feature unavailable for the profiler regression. The hosted shared lane remains green, with Metal timestamp execution skipped.
