Configurate and run ticket bot
First of all we need to run in terminal this : git clone https://github.com/Blovien/Ticket-Bot.git
It will create a folder with all the necessary for run the bot
TOKEN : do you remember the past page? if the answer is no, go here
Anyway you have to put it on "token" section without quotation mark
PREFIX : what prefix you want to use? Simply change it with your favourite!
TICKET CHANNEL : put in it the channel id where the users can use the "new" command for create a ticket with quotation mark
SUPPORT ROLE : here you have to type the name of the support role, it can see and write in all the tickets
Simply copy the name of the role
First we need to enable developer mode
Just go to settings -> appearance -> Enable developer mode
Now you can get the channel id by right clicking on a channel and select "copy id"
