v0.3.2 - Added pre-requisite LLM configs

Added more config options to the settings page, this includes:

• User location for "City", "Region", and "Country" (automatically estimated upon setup using https://ipinfo.io/json)
• Created input for users custom llm prompt (instructions) which will specify how the LLM should act globally
• Created new config for holding Gemini's llm api key (text box) and model (drop down)
• Updated the setup process to include the new data types

The LLM inputs don't currently work, they're implemented visually currently while I work on how I want to iterate over the storage for each model, and encrypt the contents.

I also did some minor work on the UI so that pages shrink elements on smaller screens, and if they cant they proced to show a scroll bar for bot the x and y axis. I've also made the config, phone number, and crypt json files be indented by default for easier viewing as a minor quality of life addition.
