What's New?
This update includes a continuation of the v2.0.0 & v2.1.0 updates, bringing everyone an improved experience! This update in particular is mostly a bug-fix release, aimed to resolve some issues identified during the v2.x rollout.
Enhancements
- Ability to fully toggle off the Google Firebase Provider (thanks @blue-archon)
- Adds an app version tag to the bottom of the settings page for easy viewing
- Settings Tile highlighting (Desktop only)
- Voice message recording and fixes to voice message playback (Desktop only)
- Improvements to the splash screen (Desktop only)
- Smoother message list animations when sending
Fixes
- Fixes issues with Pinned Chats (on iOS skin) not resizing
- Fixes issues with contacts not being detected or matched against handles on some devices
- Fixes state management issues with the socket connection, potentially causing an unnecessary amount of errors and other negative side effects
- Fixes issues with receiving notifications on some devices
- Fixes issue with sending a text reply from a notification
- Fixes some issues with skin-specific dialogs
- Fixes some issues with Google Firebase device registration

Notes
- The app's v2.1.0 release on the Google Play Store is still sitting at 20% rollout. This release's rollout has been increased to 50% and will be fully rolled out in the coming days. It's already been approved, so those of you lucky enough to get the v2.1.1 update, please report any and all feedback!
