Warroom v0.2.1

Small follow-up to v0.2.0 — auto-update, plus a smoother first run.

Highlights

  • Auto-update: Warroom now checks for new versions and can download and install them without a manual reinstall
  • Onboarding can bulk-import existing speech docs and flows (.docx / .xlsx) — pick files or a whole folder
  • New Updates section in Settings — manual check button and a toggle for background checks

Install (macOS)

  1. Download the correct DMG for your chip
  2. Open the DMG and drag Warroom to Applications
  3. Try to open Warroom — macOS will block it with an "unidentified developer" warning. Click Cancel.
  4. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click "Open Anyway" next to Warroom
  5. Click Open on the confirmation prompt

This is required because the app is not notarized with an Apple Developer certificate. It is safe to open.

Install (Windows)

  1. Download and run Warroom-Setup-0.2.1.exe
  2. Windows SmartScreen may warn since the installer isn't code-signed — click More info → Run anyway
  3. Follow the installer prompts
  4. Warroom will launch automatically when installation is complete

Warroom v0.2.0

Desktop app for competitive policy debaters. v0.1.0 was an early snapshot — since then, essentially the whole app has been built out.

Highlights

  • Live collaborative flowing, plus AI Auto Flow sorting and Round Analysis
  • AI card cutter, cross-ex question generation, and trap-drill practice
  • Multi-provider AI (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Grok, LM Studio) + offline dictation
  • Team Files, comments, pinned messages, and Impact Calc / Outweigh practice
  • Overhauled, searchable Settings with a real reset-to-default
  • Customizable keyboard shortcuts, global search, macOS Touch Bar support
  • Many reliability fixes
