Cross-version network compatibility - 1.0.2

This release fixes a long standing bug that caused session crashes related to users joining on slightly newer or older versions that were technically network-compatible. .NET 8's type string checking appears to have changed and won't accept older versions so I had to work around that. I've also built this DLL targetted specifically for .NET 8 instead of .NET 4.7.2.

• Rebuilt DLL to target .NET 8 at build time to allow new language features.
• Fixed long-standing bug that caused world crashes when clients with differing versions join
• Fixed version readout to actually read the latest version of the mod
