A few tweaks - 1.0.1

This release includes a new operator to apply a gamma contrast to the end result of the tonemapping, and switches the output from bmp, to level-1-compressed PNG files instead, to save a little bit of space. I've also tweaked the defaults to output levels starting from -2, and stepping up 20 at increments of 0.2. This should provide a better baseline to observe what the program is doing on your images.

• Switched output to PNG

• Tuned defaults to provide more apparent results out of the gate
