Adds a scheduled report-only Codex Security scan. It uses the existing ODINN_OPENAI_OAUTH_JSON ChatGPT OAuth secret, the CODEX_SECURITY_PACKAGE Actions variable, a five-dollar estimated scan limit, SARIF when available, and seven-day scan artifacts. No automatic remediation or severity gate is enabled.
