Create docker images - need to navigate to the folders

• fastapi DOCKER_BUILDKIT=0 docker buildx build . -t fastapi

• streamlit DOCKER_BUILDKIT=0 docker buildx build . -t streamlit

• postgres DOCKER_BUILDKIT=0 docker buildx build . -t postgres

Then from root execute docker compose docker-compose up
