Teleporting to players in a different map doesn't work

### What i did / Steps to reproduce
Try to teleport to a player in a different map

### Expected result
Change map and teleport to the player

### Actual result
Nothing, and errors in console

### Context
**BlueMap Version:** uhhuhuh 3.13, probably 3.14 as well
