Oversized chunks are not rendered

What I did / Steps to reproduce

1. Render a world that has .mcc files (oversized chunks).
2. Chunks will appear empty in resulting render.

Expected result

Oversized chunks (.mcc) files are included in the render.

Actual result

Coords here align with .mcc files present in the world's region folder.

Context

BlueMap Version:
bluemap-5.15-cli.jar

Unmodded world, MC version 1.21.5, generated on Debian 10 using OpenJDK Runtime Environment Temurin-21.0.10+7 (build 21.0.10+7-LTS)

Fun fact: Oversized chunks where never supported .. they are just so rare that no-one complained until now :D
But i agree, support for this should definitely be added 👍

Ah .. @Kowagirl could you maybe send me such a region-file including the .mcc files? For testing ..
Otherwise i would need to look into how tf i get minecraft to generate them ^^'
