Issue with the TSK UF200 probe station

Using BlueSCSI-v2 on the TSK UF200 probe station, the hard drive can be detected correctly, but the contents of the hard drive cannot be read. SCSI2SD works normally.

I am using a DB25 to 50P adapter. I have newly made a 50P one with TRM_ON. I will let you know the results after I test it. Thank you for your help. I am in China and really have no way to buy one, so I have to make it myself.

There seems to be no voltage detection

It seems that writing an image cloned from the original hard drive causes the SD card to fail to read. This happens with all kinds of cards. Could it be because the image file is too large?

The TSK UF200 uses the VxWorks system.

Is this a BlueSCSI from a seller on BlueSCSI.com or one built with our opensource files? I saw you posted a picture in discord, we have no idea what that device is or how it's wired at the hardware level, it will be hard to diagnose any issues.

• Size image doesnt matter as long as your host system supports it.
• You have a bluescsi.ini file but you did not provide what the contents are.
• A full overwrite format of the SD card with SD Card formatter can help with random SD issues.
• No voltage log is very odd.
• I see no debug SCSI activity, there should be when you turn on the machine.
• The Pico shown in the discord picture is not an official Pico from RPI foundation, we don't know it's features or compatibility.

We have no idea what BlueSCSI hardware you're working with nor if there may be an issue with the soldering/connections of the SD card or how it is wired up. You may want to follow up with the person you bought it from to debug this further.

Overwrite the formatted LOG

I don't see any errors - the probe station is asking for the first block of data and BlueSCSI is sending it back. Are you sure your station doesn't require some specially format on the disk image to recognize it?

Perfect! Most weird issues can be solved via full overwrite format with the sd formatter tool. Also sorry for the confusion above - we just were confused at which device you were actually using.

I have an idea that I don’t know if it can be realized. Can I read two TF cards? A TF card simulates a floppy disk for replacement at any time. Another TF card simulates a hard disk and runs permanently.

Sure. Why not? Just follow the naming conventions for images and it'll work fine. See the Usage page in the docs. Heck you can even hot swap the SD cards if your system allows it (most wont for HDD though)

I mean there are two TF card holders on the board, and the Raspberry Pi chip can read two TF cards at the same time.
