Screen Streamer XR v0.1.0 (beta)

First public beta of Screen Streamer XR, an Android XR app that captures the headset display and streams it over RTMP. Expect rough edges and please report issues.

Features

• Stream to Twitch, YouTube, a custom RTMP URL, or OmniStream
• Connect to Events independently of streaming: chat, alerts, and viewer counts with TTS and system notifications
• Viewer counts labeled per platform (Twitch / YouTube) when using OmniStream
• Record the display locally to Movies/ScreenStreamerXR
• Resolutions from 1080p30 up to 4K60, with microphone, internal, or mixed audio
• Settings, stream keys, and URLs are stored on the device only; no server addresses or API keys are built in

Install

1. Download ScreenStreamerXR-v0.1.0.apk below.
2. Sideload it onto your Android XR headset: either download it on the headset and allow your browser to install unknown apps, or use adb install -r ScreenStreamerXR-v0.1.0.apk.
3. Grant the microphone and notification permissions when prompted.

Notes

• Beta software: behavior and settings may change between releases.
• The app ID is com.bluescorpiovr.screenstreamerxr. If you installed an earlier build (com.pedro.streamer), it is a separate app; uninstall the old one.
• Based on RootEncoder by pedroSG94, licensed under Apache 2.0. See NOTICE.
