Bumped Geode loader support to v4.7.0
Fixed timer responding incorrectly after respawn while Reset on Death is enabled
Set default value for setting Reset on Death to true
Hide timer keybind will now also hide mobile buttons if visible
Added optional mobile button to hide all timer UI in level
