feat(file-management): add file renaming and extension changing utilities

• Implement renameFile function to rename a temporary file to its original name in the specified directory
  • Checks for file existence before renaming
• Add changeFileExtensionToBt utility function to dynamically replace any file extension with ".bt" or append it if no extension is present
• Update usage to rename temporary downloaded files to their original names and change extensions to ".bt"

This improves file management during download handling by allowing consistent naming and extension adjustments.
