Lidless 0.1.4 — publik fork

Fixes the first-install "the menu never opens" bug.

On a crowded menu bar macOS puts the newest status item leftmost, and on a MacBook with a notch that slot sits behind the camera housing: the icon exists, but no click can reach it, and the Welcome window opened behind whatever you had in front. Reproduced on a clean 0.1.3 install with 12 other menu-bar items (item at x 754–790, notch 663–848).

• Notch detection — Lidless checks where its icon actually landed and tells you (end of onboarding, Settings, and inside the menu).
• ⌃⌥L opens the menu from anywhere — a global shortcut, no Accessibility permission needed. Onboarding and Settings also get an Open the Lidless menu button.
• The Welcome window shows in front — macOS 14+ declines to activate an accessory app; the window is ordered front regardless.
• No app-modal alert from a timer — the "restart to finish connecting the helper" prompt no longer freezes the menu-bar icon; it's a sheet on Lidless's own window.

Everything else is upstream Lidless by Nghia Luong (MIT), unchanged. This fork ships as com.publikhq.lidless, signed and notarized with publik's Developer ID, updating from this repository's own appcast. Listed at https://publikhq.com/lidless.

Install: open the DMG, drag Lidless to Applications, launch it, and approve the background helper under System Settings ▸ General ▸ Login Items & Extensions when asked.
