Inkling 1.0.1

Clears both recommendations from Obsidian's plugin review of 1.0.0. Nothing changes in how Inkling looks or behaves.

• No dynamic code. The bundled PDF library (pdf.js) no longer contains any eval or new Function. The few PDFs that use PostScript functions, mostly in some gradients, now go through pdf.js's built-in interpreter: same output, slightly slower.

• Signed release files. main.js, manifest.json and styles.css carry GitHub build attestations. To check that a file was built from this repository by its release workflow:
