Ez pz replacing audio

Only difference in this release from last release

  • Quotes a path I forgot to quote, one less error O_O

Features

  • Both encoding and decoding audio is 1:1 with Flipnote's own encode/decode functions
  • Extracting from a ppm/adpcm can be done by double clicking the tool (no args) and entering the file
  • The 'best initial step' may be found to be a high number which seems to be unusual in normal flipnotes so it's uncertain if theres any extra wav preprocessing before conversions at the moment 🤔 (exporting a song and re-encoding it gets you exactly the same data as before export to be clear tho)*

*UPDATE (23rd April) the highest known initial step so far is '26' so if you get a result higher than that, try to modify the very beginning of your flipnote (add fade in to literally the first millisecond) until you get one lower than that. Will investigate more at some point!

DONT UPLOAD modified flipnotes to Sudomemo! Well, specifically, DONT UPLOAD if you get an 'initial step' higher than 26 because that isnt meant to be possible, will fix some other time.
