Ez pz replacing audio

  • Both encoding and decoding audio is improved again (now 1:1 with Flipnote's own encode/decode functions)
  • Extracting from a ppm/adpcm can be done by double clicking the tool (no args) and entering the file
  • The 'best initial step' may be found to be a high number which seems to be unusual in normal flipnotes so it's uncertain if theres any extra wav preprocessing before conversions at the moment 🤔
