Ez pz replacing audio

Only difference in this release from last release

  • Detects cmd, if it gets cmd and not terminal then it doesnt do any funky escape code things in the console

Features

  • Both encoding and decoding audio is 1:1 with Flipnote's own encode/decode functions
  • Extracting from a ppm/adpcm can be done by double clicking the tool (no args) and entering the file
  • The 'best initial step' may be found to be a high number which seems to be unusual in normal flipnotes so it's uncertain if theres any extra wav preprocessing before conversions at the moment 🤔 (exporting a song and re-encoding it gets you exactly the same data as before export to be clear tho)
