This binary release includes fix from commit 686ffec

• Added system clock module
• Implemented "Set Custom Time" offset. Timer will start counting from whatever time you input.

• Re-code entire timer base and make code base between Timer and System Clock more unified
• Rebrand UI to Phasmophobia themed timer
