skill-currency-check v1.1.1: fix ghost-repo routing
- Step 1 names BoSOS-Bootstrap/-Workshop/-Run explicitly and forbids
fetching canonical content from them directly. All three are real,
live repos but frozen single-skill pointer mirrors with no
version-specific content and no CI/CD sync to BoS_OS_Start, and their
names closely match agent-os-bootstrap/-workshop/-run, making them an
easy wrong guess if a repo name is inferred from a skill name instead
of read from the manifest. - agent-os-bootstrap/-workshop/-run stay in scope, checked normally,
resolved to BoS_OS_Start per the manifest (already correct there, no
manifest change needed). - README.md and CHANGELOG.md updated to reflect this release; CHANGELOG
also gained the missing v1.1.0 entry (supersession detection),
documented in the registry but never logged here. - Fixed a latent regex bug in scripts/pre-release-checklist.sh: the
CHANGELOG entry check never actually matched a skill-scoped
" vX.Y.Z" heading, found live while running this release.
