  stack-backed writers for serialized keys, reusing their buffers across indexes with heap fallback for long keys.
  Batch deletion retains these buffers across rows for prefix, partial and range deletion;
  partial deletion also reuses its secondary-index cursor across rows.
• Add MemReader.CopyStringToOrdered for direct stored-to-ordered string conversion,
  and use it for built-in string fields when merging serialized rows into secondary keys.
  Preserve null, Unicode and surrogate handling without materializing an intermediate UTF-16 string.
• Add direct copying of encoded VInt64/VUInt64 values and use it for matching built-in Signed/Unsigned
  handlers in secondary-key mergers, avoiding numeric decoding and re-encoding.
