- New services/nninteractive_predictor.py: client wrapper against the standalone nninteractive-server (session caching, point + 2D-box prompts) - advanced_analysis.py: segment_from_prompt tries nnInteractive first, falls back to region_grow if it returns an empty mask - api_blueprint.py: pass case_key through so the predictor can skip re-uploading the volume across requests for the same case/resolution Verified standalone against PanTS_00000001 on bdmap1: point prompt 142284 voxels, 2D-slice box prompt 16227 voxels. Box format required by this checkpoint is per-axis [start,end] pairs with exactly one axis of size 1 (2D bbox only, 3D unsupported) -- not two corner points.
