GPUI Kit Mobile Lab 0.1.0: an on-device test gallery for GPUI Kit v0.7.0 on Android.

Install: download gpui-kit-mobile-lab-v0.1.0.apk, then run adb install -r gpui-kit-mobile-lab-v0.1.0.apk, or open the file on the phone after allowing unknown sources.

• Universal APK: arm64-v8a (phones) + x86_64 (emulators). minSdk 26, targetSdk 34.
• Signed with an Android debug key, for sideloading only.

Testing: statuses in COMPONENT_MATRIX.md (79 working, 16 partial, 4 broken, 4 N/A) were measured on Redroid Android 13 x86_64 with CPU rendering. The arm64 build has not yet been run on a physical phone, and performance numbers from that setup are not representative. Known issues are listed in the README.
