Fix settings-DP writes over LAN-first transport: the LAN query reply omits settings DPs (102/104/105), so explicit reads now merge fallback (cloud) results for requested ids the primary omitted. Fixes 'DP unavailable; refusing to overwrite' on all settings writes (device color, toggles, numbers, selects).

Fix LAN discovery fallback on Linux: UDP connect to the broadcast address requires SO_BROADCAST (EACCES on Linux, tolerated on macOS). The failure silently disabled the subnet port-scan fallback in find_lan_hosts — discovery inside the Home Assistant container only worked via ARP hits. Now sets SO_BROADCAST and falls back to a unicast probe. Verified live in the HA container.
