Prepare the code base for open sourcing #109

Description

@BootBlock

FileSieve has always been a closed system; because of this, the open sourcing of its codebase requires various changes. This task keeps track of those changes.

Goals

FileSieve.com

  • Place a notice saying FS is becoming open source; link to this repo
  • Tear down the site and allow the domain to expire

FileSieve

  • Remove any licensing requirements
  • Remove Account features
  • Remove Exception Submission features
  • Sanitise comments; make more professional
  • Remove update checking; create a new issue (Add GitHub-based update checking #112) to reinstate via GitHub
  • Redirect all links to this GitHub repo
  • Figure out an appropriate license

BiQubic.Framework

  • Remove any generic licensing features
  • Remove BiQubic Account features
  • Remove/Disable Exception Submission features
  • Figure out how to link with the BQF repo

Documentation

  • Place a notice saying FS is becoming open source; link to this repo
  • Migrate over to GitHub (visually won't be as good, but allows me to kill off FileSieve.com)
