Fix PDF processing, mindmap fullscreen, and copy button.

PDF fix:

Replaced incorrect upload-solve endpoint with /api/material-to-text — the proper document processing pipeline for extracting text from PDFs

Mindmap UI:

Added "Full screen" button (next to title) — opens mindmap in a fixed fullscreen overlay, press Esc or click again to exit
Copy button is now hidden for mindmaps (only shown for text summaries)
