• The refusal to start without a tailscale0 address now says when tailscaled still reports one
  (tailscale ip -4): the daemon lost its interface configuration, usually after starting while the
  network was down, and sudo systemctl restart tailscaled restores it. The server still binds the
  tailnet or nothing.
