Added

• --doctor says why a phone cannot reach the server, from this machine: tailscaled's state, the
  tailscale0 address, every tailnet peer with whether it is online and when it was last seen (phones first),
  the port, tmux and the token file, then what to do. It binds nothing.
• --lan binds the local network address (the default route's source; Docker, Waydroid and other
  bridges are skipped) and warns at every start that the token is then the only lock. It cannot be combined
  with --bind. There is still no public-tunnel option.

• The README's and the parsing fixture's tmux window naming example now reads main and account 1
  instead of naming a specific account.
