Added

• A new session starts in a directory the phone picks. POST /api/sessions takes cwd, passed to tmux
  as -c; it must be a directory under the operator's home (real path, so .. and symlinks out of home are
  refused) and is home when blank, so an older app still works. GET /api/dirs?path= lists a directory's
  visible sub-directories for the app's browser, and GET /api/dirs/recent the last eight directories used,
  kept in recent-dirs beside the token.

Fixed

• Claude Code's output can be scrolled from the phone. tmux draws on the alternate screen, which has no
  scrollback, so the terminal had nothing to scroll. The phone's own view of the session now has tmux's
  mouse on (the desktop's session keeps its setting), and a wheel report scrolls the pane's history.
