Fixed

• New Project copies a template's newest release. A template's gallery entry is vetted at one release, and
  New Project installed that one: gamebot v0.2.0 with v0.2.6 out. A template now installs its newest release,
  vetted or not; an ordinary vetted bot still installs its vetted one.
• New Project shows the plugin versions the copied template pins, read off the pom of the release it copies.
  It showed the gallery entry's requires, written when the template was last published: SDK 1.2.3 for a
  gamebot pinning 1.4.4.

Changed

• Publishing writes no requires, and the Publish sheet has no Requires row; a gallery card no longer shows
  one. The gallery stores the repository, and an installed release's pom says what it needs.
