Model Economy 0.6.1 tightens the local safety boundary and prepares a reproducible Skills-only directory package.

Highlights:

• Plain doctor now checks only managed files and Codex version availability; it no longer invokes the broader Codex diagnostic.
• Managed role, configuration, and state artifacts fail closed when their filesystem safety cannot be established.
• doctor --smoke remains an explicit authenticated opt-in that may consume usage; model and role identity remain unverified.
• A deterministic Skills-only packager now rejects app/MCP manifest fields and removes directory-unsupported screenshot metadata and files.
• Plugins Directory candidate materials now include current field limits, three starter prompts, five positive tests, three negative tests, and final submission gates.

This release does not add telemetry, a remote service, an authentication flow, or a fixed Token-saving claim. The OpenAI Plugins Directory package is prepared but has not been formally submitted.

Model Economy 0.6.0 is the first stable release of directory-safe cost-aware development routing for Codex.

Highlights:

• Core mode works immediately after a skills-only installation and does not depend on user-level custom roles.
• Optional enhanced mode adds six locally managed role definitions with inherited or explicit model mapping.
• Partial, conflicting, or outdated enhancement artifacts fail closed as degraded state.
• The read-only status --format text|json command reports mode and managed-file health without reading authentication or raw session data.
• Native intent, planning, testing, and evidence gates scale with task risk without requiring Superpowers.
• Bilingual Pages, support and legal pages, community templates, review fixtures, and a reproducible evaluation protocol are included.

The core and enhanced lifecycle has been validated through local marketplace installation, reinstall, upgrade, removal, and cross-platform CI. This release does not claim a fixed Token-saving percentage and does not verify model or role identity.

The skills-only Plugins Directory submission package is prepared but has not been submitted. Platform identity verification and formal review remain separate future steps.

This cumulative release covers the changes from 0.4.0 through 0.5.1.

• Replaces runtime dependencies on Superpowers skills with Model Economy's native, risk-adaptive intent, planning, testing, and evidence gates.
• Requires explicit per-task authorization before handing orchestration to full Superpowers strict mode.
• Adds three on-demand lightweight leaf skills: domain-context, module-design, and disposable-prototype, without giving them subagent, routing, review, or commit authority.
• Adds isolation and explicit bans on real accounts, external writes, destructive side effects, and credential sources for disposable prototypes.
• Allows the exact GitHub service identity noreply@github.com in sensitive-content scans while continuing to reject other domain addresses and spoofed suffixes.
• Adds self-contained light, dark, and composer SVG brand assets with a flat geometric routing mark and no gradients, external fonts, scripts, or embedded raster content.
• Adds manifest and asset-contract tests for the new plugin artwork.

Validation:

• 185 local tests passed; 1 environment-dependent test was skipped as designed.
• Both release PRs passed the full Linux, macOS, and Windows matrix on Python 3.11 and 3.12: 12/12 checks each.
• Plugin structure validation, sensitive-content scanning, SVG rendering checks, and managed-install verification passed.

• enable-global-routing：幂等地向全局 CODEX_HOME/AGENTS.md 写入受管理的通用开发路由块。
• disable-global-routing：只删除受管理块，并逐字恢复启用前内容。
• 通用软件开发、调试、重构、测试、代码审查和架构设计任务现在更容易自动发现 cost-aware-development。
