QOL update

The nexus makes a beacon activated sound when placed and a faction is created

Bug fixes and new features

New features

• The chunk the nexus is in is now auto claimed
• • To achieve this the faction is automatically given extra power to allow for the chunk to be claimed
• The chunk the nexus is in cannot be unclaimed
• • /factions unclaimall will now not be able to unclaim the chunk the nexus is in

Bug fixes

• Factions can no longer run /factions disband by renaming to deleteMe

Bug fixes

The nexus can no longer be destroyed with explosions, previously this would glitch out the nexus and you would not be able to remove your faction.
