- The chunk the nexus is in is now auto claimed

- To achieve this the faction is automatically given extra power to allow for the chunk to be claimed
- The chunk the nexus is in cannot be unclaimed

- /factions unclaimall will now not be able to unclaim the chunk the nexus is in
Bug fixes
- Factions can no longer run /factions disband by renaming to deleteMe
