AI-Native Operating Framework v1.0.0

The first complete, owner-approved release of the AI-Native Operating Framework.

The framework is developed as part of Digital Meld's research arm. AI Dev Days is a related research and education initiative within the same research arm. These affiliations do not change the framework's open governance or authority boundaries.

This release includes the canonical business operating framework, the six business concerns, the eight-part SOP content standard, the six-activity standards maintenance method, the shared operating memory standard, eleven complete illustrative examples, contribution and governance procedures, focused Mermaid visualizations, and publication-safety controls.

All examples are illustrative and not domain-validated. Independent AI reviews are preserved as bounded review evidence; they are not human, professional, organizational, or domain approval. The framework has not yet been validated through live organizational use.
