Now a jsPsych Extension 馃帀

Includes multiple new updates to method signatures and package structure, now packaged as a jsPsych Extension providing the same functionality. This introduces breaking changes for versions earlier than jsPsych v7.0. Users should utilize Neurocog.js v0.3.9 or earlier if they have not upgraded to jsPsych v7.0+.
